THE SMALL PRINT / 01

A little clarity
about privacy.

LAST UPDATED: 13 SEPTEMBER 2026

This page describes what this NxrLabs portfolio does with data. Linked games and apps are separate sites with their own data practices.

Who runs this site

NxrLabs is an independent portfolio by nxrskyaa. For privacy questions, contact @nxrskyaa on X. No postal or email address is published here.

Local preferences and message drafts

Your analytics preference is saved in local storage under “nxr-consent” until you clear your browser’s site data or change the preference. The portfolio does not set advertising cookies.

The contact form prepares a draft in session storage under “nxr-message”. A draft may contain the name, contact handle or email, and message you enter. It is not submitted to an NxrLabs server. You can clear it on the draft page; closing the tab normally clears session storage, although browser session restoration can preserve it. Avoid including sensitive information.

Optional analytics

Vercel Web Analytics is loaded only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It provides aggregate usage information such as page views, referrers, and device/browser characteristics. We do not include your contact draft in analytics events. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining prevents the analytics component from loading.

Hosting and external services

When deployed on Vercel, the hosting service processes network requests and may retain operational logs according to its policies. Fonts and portfolio images are served with the site. Clicking a project, GitHub, or X link takes you to that provider, where its own policies apply. If you send your draft on X, it is handled by X and the recipient.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, change the saved preference, clear local data through your browser, or clear your message draft. For a question about information you have sent directly to the builder, use the contact page.
